Improvement of gait and balance
There are a number of things, which can be done to improve your gait and balance:
- Physiotherapy, with the focus on improving your walking and balance technique;
- Specific muscle strengthening exercises;
- Using a walking aid such as a walking stick, or zimmer frame.
