Healthy Eating
The food we eat plays a large part in keeping us healthy and active into old age. We have two nutritional aims - keeping our weight at a healthy level and making sure that we consume enough nutrients.
Eating a healthy balanced diet provides us with all the nutrients we need to stay healthy. It can help reduce the risk of some conditions such as diabetes, stroke, heart disease, cancer and constipation and plays an important part in keeping bones strong and healthy.
